Kid-Friendly Policy

• Atlanta Studio: Kids (6+) welcome before 5 PM. After 5 PM, 18+ adults only.

• Atlanta Perimeter Center Studio: Kids welcome before 5 PM. After 5 PM, 18+ adults only.

• Santa Monica Studio: Adults only (21+).

Booking Policy

• How to Book: Online through the website or contact the studio.

• Walk-Ins: Welcome based on availability, but booking in advance is recommended.

• Atlanta Studio Walk-Ins: Allowed Friday–Sunday, based on availability.

• Online Booking Deadlines:

  • Regular Experiences: Closes 2 hours before the experience start time.

  • Private Events/Parties: Closes 1 week before the event date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Regular Experiences: No refunds. Free rescheduling if requested at least 4 hours before. No-shows are non-refundable.

• Private Events/Parties:

  • 30+ days in advance: 75% refund or free rescheduling.

  • Less than 30 days: No refunds; rescheduling available for a 25% fee.

  • No-shows: Non-refundable and non-re-bookable.

Late Arrival Policy

• Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

• 10+ minutes late: Experience may be shortened.

• 30+ minutes late: Considered a no-show, and the booking is forfeited.

Private Parties

• Available for booking – Contact the studio for details.

• Children in Private Parties:

  • Atlanta Studio: Kids (6+) always welcome.

  • Atlanta Perimeter Center Studio: Kids allowed before 5 PM only.

  • Santa Monica Studio: No children’s parties.

  • For bookings outside kid-friendly hours: Private studio rental required.

Food & Drink Policy

• Food Policies: Vary by studio—contact the studio for details.

• Alcohol:

  • Atlanta Perimeter Center Studio & Santa Monica Studio: Beer and wine available for purchase.

  • Atlanta Studio: Non-alcoholic drinks allowed; no alcohol sold.

Safety Guidelines

• Waivers: Required for all participants. Minors need a guardian’s signature.

• Supervision: Children under 16 must have a 2:1 adult-to-child ratio on the studio floor.

Adult-Only Experiences

• Atlanta Perimeter Center Studio: Adults-only (21+) experiences Wednesday–Saturday.

• Santa Monica Studio: Adults-only (21+) every day.

​

Payment & Guest Additions

• Payment for Experiences: Full payment required at booking.

• Add-on's in studio require a Credit/Debit card to purchase. Studios do not accept cash.

• Adding Guests: Allowed based on availability—contact the studio in advance.
